Searching for issues, I filter by project, then by issue type, for example 'bug', After that I click the 'Export' button, as shown in the picture.
Then I click the 'Excel (All fields)' link to generate the Excel file, but when I open the file, and look for the dates in the 'Created' field, I see that some dates have a date format, and others a general format, as shown in the picture.
The thing is that the users make a filter in excel and get this:
And they want all the dates as pointed in 'We want this' in the image above.
The 'Created' field is manipulated by the system, not by users. I checked the database and found that the values are ok (all dates have the same format), so, I think this is a problem when exporting the file from JIRA.
