In our Jira, the date and time is not updated after re-editing the comment, I post a snap shot as following. Could you tell how to solve it?

yes - what you observed is like it is handled in Jira Server - were the behaviour different in your installation in the past?
I cannot remember having seen anything else than you describe.
When hovering over the timestamps you can see instead when the change happened.
In the first picture I hover over "3 minutes ago" - I see on 08:32 the comment was made.
Now I hover over "edited" and can read on 08:35 the comment was edited.
User experience might be not so great, you are right.

Please try Project level Re-index. This may helpful in fixing some project related items failed in getting the latest data.

I have find the "re-index" button and done it, then refresh button, then acknowledge button.
then I re-edit a comment, but the date and time is still wrong, any idea?
