Pooja November 19, 2018

Hi All,

How to get the Total number of counts for the below points in Atlassian Cloud

  1. No of projects
  2. No of attachment
  3. No of linked application
  4. No of Issues
  5. Total data size
  6. No of space in Confluence
  7. No of pages in Confluence
  8. No. of users
  9. No of different permission schemes used in jira
  10. if any Rest API integration is done
  11. if any Scripts used for automation

For the total number of issue count, I have used the JQL Query Project is not EMPTY

And for the linked application we have an option in jira cloud Application Links

How to find the Rest of the points in the cloud?

Suggest me

Regards,

Pooja

To validate migrated data after a restoration/migration, you can use the appbelow for free. Unfortunately, we cannot get so comprehensive db-info.

You're going to need to read the various administration screens for this data.

However, I have to ask why?   One reason for using a "managed service" like Cloud is that you don't want to care about these numbers.

Y because One of our clients moving from cloud to server. We want to ensure that we have moved data successfully from cloud to server by showing the database statistics.

Are there any plugins to find the database statistics?

No, Atlassian removed the system information because you don't need this sort of stuff on a managed service.

The database statistics are also not going to be that useful - Jira Cloud and Server have been diverging for a while, and although number of issues is not a bad measure, a lot of the other stats you've listed may have different numbers in the database.

You really do need to plough through the admin screens manually to see what you have on Cloud and how to check that it has come across to server (Especially as some of it won't)
