Hello,
I've created a new widget, pie chart, based on a filter, and I can't group by (Statistic Type) team.
Is it possible? How?
Thanks
If you don't see team in the list of available fields (yet), that is most likely because the field is not supported yet in the dashboard gadget(s). It is also currently rolling out, so I hope / suppose that this will become available eventually.
In the meantime, you could set up an additional field of a supported type (e.g. a select list) that has the same list of teams and that you keep in sync using automation. However, that is probably a pretty tedious workaround requiring quite a bit of maintenance. So I would not go there unless it is absolutely indispensable right now.
Hope this helps!
@Walter Buggenhout Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I ended up creating a separate widget per team, at least it gave me the option to reflect another field.

Hi,
I am curious about the progress to roll out support for team? There's a risk of errors and double administration to manage the built in Team field AND the custom field.

@Walter Buggenhout It's been almost a year since this answer where you said

How is the rollout going?

Hello @Neta Knyazhansky Caspy,
I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
Our app supports the new team custom field and you can create a Pie Chart from it.
If you need to create a Pie Chart for advanced content, you can also sum up any numerical value (instead of issues), or create statistics for custom JQL filters.
You can test our app without installation, on our demo dashboards.

Hi @Marlene Kegel - codefortynine
I can't see that field in our instance, only "teams" which pulls through as empty and doesn't seem to be populatable. It doesn't seem like anyone else has got this working - might be a bug?

Welcome to the community, @Carys Allsopp,
My Quick Pie Chart gadget was configured with the Team-field you can configure in the top navigation of your Jira instance.
Is this field configured on your instance? And are there issues / work items which have a team value selected?
