Hi all. I am currently using JIRA Classic Free version. I am tasked to find out how JIRA is able to help our company's project management task before we proceed with subscribing to it.
One of the important feature that we are looking at is daily notification/reminder on pending tasks either through JIRA itself or better still, via email. I was wondering if this feature is available in the free version?
@shannon1793 First of all welcome to the community! It is really nice to have new people on community.
Now coming to your question, there are couple of things in Jira Cloud that can help you here,
For first one also read how to define filters in Jira - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/saving-your-search-as-a-filter-765593721.html
Hopefully this resolves all your query!
You might also consider the use of Dashboards. While this doesn’t provide notifications it is a great resource where users can go to see everything of interest in one place.

Hi, thanks for the update however I am unable to see Choose Issues > Manage Filters as described here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/receiving-search-results-via-email-720416706.html?_ga=2.82049942.1457550755.1581493371-530124541.1581391554
Could this be due to the fact that I have only the free version of JIRA?
