Hello,
I have created two different workflows and added them to one workflow scheme. I have associated it with the desired issue types and the desired project, and everything is working well.
Workflow 1: Backlog --> Research Phase --> Planning Phase --> Execution Phase --> Monitor
Workflow 2: Backlog--> To Do --> In Progress --> Done
Two questions:
1. Currently, the status overview section of the project's 'Summary' page shows the two workflows combined in one webpart/widget (see image below). Is there a way to separate this and see two different "snapshots"? One with the status' from Workflow #1 and one for the status' of Workflow #2?
2. Can you further customize the project 'Summary' page??
Welcome to the community.
No this can't be split in a pie for each workflow.
All issues are defined per status. A workaround would be to use separate statuses in each workflow, but this isn't a best practice.
Another solution, you could create a dashboard and use 2 separate pie gadgets and create a filter for each of the pies only containing the issue type related to one workflow and a second one to the other workflow and view by status in the pie's.
Thanks @Marc - Devoteam This could work, but how do I filter so the pie chart only shows the specific issue type? When I try to configure the gadget, there is an option to select "Issue type" in general from the dropdown list, or there is an option to select "status", but I'm not seeing anywhere that I can filter the specific issue types.
