I am working on a JIRA Dashboard and have a custom user lookup field. I am attempting to group issues by that custom lookup field, but the only result I get is "None" even though I know there are values in the field for the filtered list of issues. Is this a known issue?
Hi @Steven Wantz welcome to the Community! I took a look through Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and couldn't find anything specific to this issue. I would contact support.atlassian.com and see what they say. They could would with you to better track down to see if this is a software issue or not.
