Custom field does not appear in issue navigator

I have one type select list custom field and I can not make it appear in issue navigator.

I add this custom field in issue navigator configuration, but when I return to issue navigator screen the custom field isn't appear.

The same custom field no appear in excel export.

What can be the problem?

In JIRA Studio, if you choose a Project and/or Issue and a blue box pops up, you need to click on it in order for the Custom Fields for that Project/Issue to appear in the Issue Navigator.

A custom field will appear on the issue navigator only if the valid context is selected. For example, if the field is available only on one project and if another project is used in the search (or no project is used), the field won't appear. Same is the case with issue types.

Make sure you search for issues using a project and issuetype where the field is available and see if it comes.
