We have configured two custom fields that we want to report on - that are number fields. When I use the Two-dimensional gadget expecting it to be available for querying.
Thanks

Hello @Sundar Padmanabhan
The Two Dimensional Filter Gadget is designed to give you a count of issues based on the values in two fields. The fields you can select can be only fields that have a limited and defined set of values, like selection list fields, label fields, and checkbox fields.
What are you trying to accomplish by selecting Number fields?
The Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget does not offer the numeric fields because it only displays the count of issues (no sums, percentages, average, etc) and it cannot do stats by the values of the numeric fields.
For achieving what you want, you could search on Atlassian Marketplace for apps that provide gadgets with such capabilities.
If you are willing to use an app, our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that allows you to display multi-dimensional stats in form of count, sums, average, percentages by various field types, including numerical fields.

If you want to sum up custom number fields with the Two Dimensional gadget, you need to work with an app. Our app provides the "Quick Two Dimensional Filter Statistics" gadgets, which can aggregate any Jira number field, including custom fields.
You can check out Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards without installation on our demo dashboards.

Hi, can you please check the custom field's searcher? Sometimes, it becomes "None" which cause that the field is not visible under the gadget.
Please let me know if the searcher is not None and you are still getting same error.
After I answered the question I noticed that you are using "Two-dimensional", which may not permit to use "Number field" since it has unlimited possible values.
