Need your help,
So I've created a custom field and applied it to my board, so far so good.
The thing is that the other users can't see the field, why is that ?
So the steps i took where:
what can it be ?
Are the other users not able to see the field in the same issue you are able see?
While creating a custom field we have to associate it with the screens and one project may have sperate screens for different issue type so we have to check whether the field is associated with all the issue type screens. To check that >project settings > screens
Many times the field may be under the hide when empty section so until it has a value it will not show in the screen to fix it you can navigate to configure in the right bottom corner of the issue in view screen and you can scroll down and see what all fields under hide when empty and drag and place it under the context fields.
