It is possible to create a field in a ticket that receives data from Zephyr Scale Ex: Test case with the current release cycle

For this, you can create a simple Text field. Using Project Automation, you can get data from Zephir and store data in that field. I have never heard about Zephir before. Is a like Zapier ?
