We created a mail handler to monitor a support inbox and create a new card for every new email received. However, we have found that in cases where large attachments are part of the email received, we will also get multiple cards created, some of which do not have the complete set of attached files.
Is there a fix or workaround to ensure that only one card with the correct attachments is created?
