Creating a new project using JIRA REST API also creates new workflow scheme and screen scheme

Hi,

When I create a new project using JIRA REST API, a new workflow scheme and screen scheme is also created.

But I would like to use a default workflow scheme instead of creating a new one when a new project is created using JIRA rest API.

So can anyone help me to achieve this goal?

There are a few things you can try:

1. This article, Create a Project via REST with default schemes
2. This workaround, which suggests it is possible to create a project with shared configuration (which is how you'd do it in Jira directly)

Your solution works with Jira Server, but what happens with Jira Cloud ?

What solution do you recommend ?
