I am trying to achieve a filter or report that would compare the created date vs. the update date. They are wanting to see something that has been sitting without a comment when it was created. The reason they bring this up is because they have a standard where associates will touch (comment) on any requests within 24 hours, and for any urgent ones within 2 hours.
