Create custom preset filters

Hi,

I know from the dev documentation https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/How+to+create+a+custom+preset+filter that it is possible to create custom preset filters that would appear in the project and version summary screens.

However since we are ondemand we cannot access that part of the application.

Do you know whether support would be able to create simple "Not closed" preset filter for us?

I'm afraid this customization won't be accessible in OnDemand. You'll have to create this filter as a gadget on the dashboard.
