Create an issue field for a specific issue

Hello!

I'm trying to create an issue field for a specific issue, but when I read the Atlassian Documentation it only shows how to create an issue field that will be common for all the issues. Can anyone knows how to do it? Basically, what I want to do with this is show some information in card, depending of which one.

Fields belong to issue types, not individual issues.  The closest you'll be able to get to this is adding the field to an issue type and then choosing to leave it empty on the issues where you don't want it.
