Create a sprint with multiple projects

Hi Everyone, 

I am trying to create a sprint with multiple projects (which are both company-managed). I have read online multiple posts about creating a filter and I have tried but it is still not displaying the issues from the other project on my main project, where the sprint has been created. 

Can you please help?

First of all - Sprints are created on Board Level > In the Board Configuration you need to mention the filter JQL like Project in ("A","B") 

Then All Open Issue will be appear in the Board Backlog section provided you have access to those issues.

Then you can create sprint and place required issue  on required sprint.

a scrum board is something that could spam on multiple project. You need to create a filter that retrieve desired tickets from multiple projects and then associate it to your board.
