Create a screen with certain fields for an Issue Type

I created an issue type within a project that i want to have specific fields. I want the other issue types in the project to have different fields. How do i do this?

You need to define an issue type screen scheme. such a scheme lets you map issue types to individual screen schemes. a screen scheme in turn lets you define which fields to display in the view, edit or create screen
