Create Jira tickets automatically from EMail

I have configured IMAP mail server and also created Mail Handler, but Email functionality is not working.

Can you please help? Please let me know if you need any other information?

What type of Email Id needs to be used? Shared EMail Id(No password) or dedicated Email Id?

Hi @Muraleetharan Ramaraj 

Email needs to have an inbox where Jira's mail handler can look for the emails.

In your setting try change bulk to "Accept.."

Hi Ravi,

I can see all the EMails in the Inbox. I tried to change bulk to Accept, but still it is not working.

Can you please help? Customer escalated this issue.
