Create Issue API is giving error response

We are getting the error as "Specify a valid project key or id" for the Create Issue API. The Project key we are using is valid and we have verified it for other APIs and it works fine. Only
Create issue API is giving this error. Also, we have fetched the project KEY using another API and the key we are using is valid.

Can you include the API that you are passing? Does the user executing the API have permission to see the particular project?

Yes, the admin is trying to invoke the API from postman.
