Count of no of times a script got executed to move to Pass status

Hi,

I want to generate a report /dashboard which will extract details - No of times a test script is run till it moved to Passed status.

for instance - My script A run have been run 4 times by a tester.

Run 1 - A- Status changed from Not Started to InProgress.

Run  2- A- Status changed from InProgress to Blocked.

Run 3- A- Status changed from Blocked to Failed .

Run 4 -A -Status changed from Failed to Passed.

That mean to execute a script to Passed status ,tester has executed script 4 times.
