I'm new to Jira Service Management. I have a questions with regards to ticket approvals & workflow.
I used the built in Legal Service Management project and have the Contract approval issue that I am using.
We would like to be able to have multiple teams review the contract, each for their areas of expertise.
The main ticket will come to our legal department. We would like to create tickets for our compliance and InfoSec teams to perform reviews/approval. Once approved, it should update the main ticket.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?

From what you say I might approach this by creating subtasks and having approvals built into the subtasks for each department of group. Once all are done then I would Proceed with the task
