Consolidate two bitbucket server instances.

I am using bitbucket server and have two instance which I have to consolidate.
Bitbucket1 is on v6.9.1
Bitbucket2 is on v4.1.3
I have to move all data (including metadata) from bitbucket1 to bitbucket2.
I see tool is just available for Data Center Migration.
Any suggestion how can I accomplish this for servers?
