We have a new user requirement where they use a tool named IMT (built on suite CRM). Basically this tool is used as an incident management tool for reporting incidents by the users.
The ask here is as soon as someone logs ticket in IMT tool, the same trigger should be sent to JIRA and a ticket should be created in JIRA as well.
Also, if the above is achievable then if someone updates the status of newly created ticket in JIRA then the same should reflect on IMT Tool.
Please let me know if someone has done such kind of arrangement.
