Hi, My organization is using Jira Cloud Premium. In that there is an option to create a confluence page from Jira Cloud - custom text field. I could create the page; however, I am not able to view the page from Jira. Attaching the screenshot for reference. I can view the page by clicking the link or opening in new tab. But in that field, I am not able to view. I have tried the basic issue fixing provided by Atlassian, but not working.
Any suggestion on how to fix this issue?
Hi @Anjana V K ,
jira and confluence should have SSO so that user logged in JIra is automatically logged in all the other products if he has access. In order to do that you need to setup SSO in Atlassian Access (https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/single-sign-on-integration-with-atlassian-products-794495126.html)
Hope this clarify,
Fabio
@Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ Thank you for the reply. But SSO is already enabled using Atlassian Access. So that is not causing the issue.
