Configure Fields Displays Error

When I click on a project. And I am trying to add new fields, I am thrown an error. 

1. Go into my project.. I have an agile project created.

2. Click on Backlog

3. I create an epic by clicking on epic on the left hand side

4. I click on the plus sign. 

5. Click on configure fields

6.Click on "where is my field" 

7. It throws the error  "an error occurred"

Environment

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.130 Safari/537.36

Currently I have this setup from scratch for the Jira. I have no data. I have tried reinstalling, same issue. 

I am using google chrome, not sure if that makes a difference or not.
