Hi all,
I realise this question has been asked a lot, but I can't find a specific cause for my issue.
I have a Kanban Board, and issues are not appearing on it if they are bulk marked complete. They appear in every other view, including the list view and under issues.
I'm wondering if it's because the issues are older than 2 weeks (14 days), but that also doesn't make sense to me because I'm only marking them as done today (they haven't been done for 14 days).
What I've tried:
- I created a new Status "Complete" with the Category "Done".
- I used Bulk Update to transition all of my completed issues into the "Complete" status.
- All of the issues are now marked as "Complete", but they don't show up on the board under the newly created "Complete" status.
- If I create a non-done category (such as "To-Do", status name "Test"), and bulk update all of my complete issues to it, I can see them on the board under "Test".
Other information:
- I can create a new issue and drag it into the "Done" swim lane.
- It's a Team Managed Project.
- There's no filters applied
- I can't find any of the settings other the "Project Settings" in the top left hand corner of the board, and it's very limited (can't find any mention of sprints, or hiding issues after a certain amount of time etc.):
Hi @Ed
Welcome to the community,In the Workflow "Done" status can set post function "resolution is Done" then you can check it will appear
Hi and welcome, @Ed
Can you confirm that when you configured the board you see something like this? You see the status in either the DONE or Complete column on your board?
I want to make sure that where you wrote status, you meant column like below; you should see the column heading along with the status marker.
All of the issues are now marked as "Complete", but they don't show up on the board under the newly created "Complete" status.

Yes, I'm seeing the new column appear as well.

What's even weirder, is that if I:
- Bulk update all of my 'invisible' issues back to a new status, like "Test" (which is a To-Do category)
- Go to the board view,
- And drag them into the "Complete" column, they stay there..
