Buen día, necesito de su apoyo, quiero darle permisos a un usuario para que pueda crear proyectos de cualquier tipo, ya le di rol de administrador en Jira Service Managment pero no fue suficiente, me pueden apoyar en indicarme como puedo conceder ese permisos
To create company-managed projects, you must have the Administer Jira global permissions. Jira admins create and manage company-managed projects using schemes. To create team-managed projects, you must have the Create team-managed projects global permission.
Both global permissions can be found in Jira Admin settings > System > Global permissions.
Your user must be added to a group that has these permissions. Don't go to lightly over this and read a little more on these permission settings in this support article - granting someone administrator permissions should absolutely imply that this person is properly trained and knows what he/she is doing in your site. The permission includes quite a lot more superpowers than just creating new projects 😛
