Assuming that you are an administrator with the proper permissions, click on the project settings, and then workflows. Edit the associated workflow and open up the transition into your done status. In the resulting modal you should see the name of the screen used when transitioning the issue to Done. With this information in hand, click on the cog icon in the upper right corner, and select issues. From there select screens and locate the screen you identified in the workflow. You can edit the screen but you should understand where that screen is used. If you change the screen, and it is used by other projects and issue types, then it will change for those as well, which may or may not be desirable.
