@DIEGO DOS SANTOS CARDOSO

If you have Jira premium or enterprise you can archive projects following these instructions.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/archive-a-project/

If you are on any other cloud project you can do the following:

  1. Update the project name and add [Archive] to the front of the name.
  2. Resolve any unresolved issues.
  3. Create a permission schema that is read / view only.  This will prevent the users from making changes to the project but they will still be able to see it https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-permissions/
  4. Let everyone know about the change.  They might need to adjust filters, etc.

Hi Brant, good day.

I'm having the same problem as Diego, can you help me please? In the three dots where's supposed to be an 'archive' option, there isn't, like in the following screenshot:

And I have the project administrator access.
