Comment Required Validator not working

Hi there,

So on a couple of the transitions I have added a comment required validator in the work flow. However, when working on a bug, even after I have added a comment, the validator error appears when I try to update the workflow. As far as i can tell I am doing everything necessary, so any help much appreciated!
