Cloud trial site

I have a jira data center instance and am an admin of the same, the license of this instance is valid till next year 2024 March, we are planning to migrate to cloud, I clicked on this link to create a cloud trial site based on the license i have https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/cloud-migration-trial

I created 2 instances for the cloud trial, one is for jira and other for confluence.

Now the atlassian team came back saying "Where I think things got mixed up is that you created a confluence site for ep ( confluence.atlassian.net ) and a jira site for ep (jira-dev.atlassian.net ) instead of just having them as products listed under your chosen site URL. " and also said that the Sen's for both the sites are in "deleted-destroyed" state.

How can I get this sorted?

Hello @Santosh Lilani

If you have a site established in Atlassian Cloud,  you can go to

https://admin.atlassian.com

and select the Products tab. There you should see an Add Product button.

When you click the Add Product button it will ask you if give you the option to add the product to an existing site or create a new site for it.

If you select an existing site then the product is added to that site.

Of course you can have only one instance of a given product in a given site.

So, you can add the Confluence product to the jira-dev.atlassian.net site or the Jira product to the confluence.atlassian.net site.

I can't address Atlassian's statement about "Where I think things got mixed up..." because I don't know the context of the conversation that explains what is "mixed up".

I have no idea what they are talking about when they say the SEN is in a "deleted-destroyed" state.

Atlassian suppor should be able to provide you with any necessary guidance to resolve the issue.

It might help us if you explained the actual problems you are encountering that are you to ask these questions.
