Cloud Service Desk Restricted Portal Access

Is there a way to make new users in the cloud version of service desk have restricted portal access automatically after being created? Right now I am doing it manually within each account but would want to have the options to be able to make accounts have restricted portal access only instead of JIRA Service Desk.

Hello Joshua, in order for your users have Restricted portal access only, you need to go your Service Desk project and click on the customer's list. Then you need to invite your customer from there. You can see more details on this link:
