Cloud Migration Assistant Failure: From Enterprise server to Cloud

Cloud Migration Assistant logs the below errors/failures. Any pointers or prior experience like:

2022-08-15 09:59:32.447633 ERROR xxxx project-import We couldn't import Project xxxx. Reason: IllegalArgumentException: User [557058:4df37ee9-a5de-42b9-ae2a-ff5e8e0ba2ec] not found. This caused 346420 other items to fail.

2022-08-15 09:52:54.636808 ERROR xxxx project-import We couldn't import Resolution 'Unresolved (DEPRECATED)'. Reason: NullPointerException: No message.
