We're using Atlassian On-Demand and have a few products - and you have our credit card on file. Now I want to do a simple thing - add more users. You are asking me to go through an entire checkout process, give our company credit card again to charge $11. I've already spent more company money while trying to do this. Now our finance guy will spend more time (money). If you already have all the info and I am not even getting a new product, why do I have to go through this entire process?
Thanks for the feedback. We're aware of the limitations and issues with our upgrade and order management processes and are working hard to improve them. If you run into troubles, our team is here to help at firstname.lastname@example.org you can even call us on one of our local numbers around the world: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/.
