Hi,
I have automation rule that requires looping rule sometimes more than 10 times. I try to adjust the looping limit based on page https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation074/service-limits-1141481147.html, however. I make the request, i got 404 message as follows(see attachment)
I wonder if whether a)my URL structured incorrectly that it gives 404 or it isn't enabled and b) is there a way to change the loop limit once for all to some of my situation
Thank you
Hello @Margots Kapacs
The document you referenced applies only to self-hosted Jira. According to the tags on you post and the URL you showed in the image you posted you are using Jira Cloud, not self-hosted Jira.
This is the correct document for Jira Cloud Auotmation Service Limits:
https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/automation-service-limits/
The API referenced for Jira self-hosted for changing the limits is not available with Jira Cloud. The service limits for automation are not configurable for Jira Cloud.
