We have recently integrated Lucidspark with our Data Center Jira instance. Lucidspark offers two-way live syncing with Jira. Changes made to issues in Lucidspark are reflected in Jira, but changes made in Jira are not being updated in Lucidspark. The only way to see the changes made in Jira is to re-import the story to Lucidspark. I've been workin with Lucidspark to get to the bottom on this issue, with no resolution. Has anyone experienced something similar and if so, what was the resolution?
