I have a user (account 1) who was registered in Jira with email 1. He was tracking his time at this account. After he logged in to Jira with email 2 and Attlasian automatically created a second user (account 2) with email 2.
As he is using most of his time email 2, we trying to change at 1 account email 1 for email 2. But we couldn't because account 2 already exists.
Is it possible, that we can transfer all his tracking history from account 1 to account 2?
Could you not simply reallocate the issues associated with account 1 to account 2?
