Hello!
Im trying to change the time tracking setting the hours per day.
the only way I can do it is a global time (9h) per 5 days (mon to frid), but I can't set an specific day (Friday) to 6 hours.
It is necessary for a correct view in my tempo reports.
Thanks!
Hi @jeimi garcia lopez ,
You are looking in the time tracking setting from jira? There you indeed cannot change it per day.
However since you mention Tempo, in the Tempo app itself you can change the working hours to a specific calender (per user even).
Depending on which Tempo report you are looking at, this should fix that.
You can find it by going to "Tempo -> settings -> Workload (staff) -> Change the calendar or add a new scheme for specific users"
Please let me know if I misunderstood :)
Tessa

Hi @jeimi garcia lopez ,
In most timetracking apps, you can specify a work hour schema for users. But most of them still interpret conversions like 1d, 1w according to global time tracking settings. WorklogPRO allows you to customize these conversions too.
The 'Work Hours Schema' feature in WorklogPRO allows you to define and track the required work hours and progress for individual users or groups. With the daily working hours functionality, you can set different required hours for each day of the week.
This feature enables automatic calculation of the required work hours for a specific period, whether viewed in the timesheet or calendar, making it easy to monitor each user's progress.
Furthermore, you can set limits on the maximum hours that can be logged per day or week, ensuring that users do not exceed these thresholds.
