Dear sir/ madam,

 

we have a Jira board for FL II MKT Tribe Coordination Flight Level 2 Board - Agile Board - Vodafone Global Jira and we would like to change the owner because he is not working with us anymore and we would like to make some changes to MKT Tribe Coordination Flight Level 2 Board - Agile Board - Vodafone Global Jira and we cannot. However we cannot find details ins order to change him.
Could you please help me?

First of all, none of us here has access to your instance. :)

A jira admin (and above) can navigate to:

  • Boards > View all board
  • Locate the specific board
  • Click the ellipsis menu (3 dots)
  • Click configure
  • Change the admin names on the board

Let me know if that did the trick.

And if this not enough, then perhaps you need to change the board filter. In this case, again as a Jira admin:

  • Boards > View all board
  • Locate the specific board
  • Click the ellipsis menu (3 dots)
  • Click configure
  • See the filter name under "Saved Filter"
  • Go to System > Filters
  • Locate the filter > Click the cog wheel > Change owner
