Change color of an Epic link on a card in the kanban board

How do you change the color of the Epic link field on the Kanban?  Our team had training and can't remember how to do it.  Basically I want each Epic a different color.

I did the below.

I just enabled it by the Backlog section in Kanban.

Dragged the Backlog Status under Backlog, from the Kanban backlog, I can able to change the epic color.

There is a custom field called "Epic color" or "Epic colour" depending on your locale. You can change the color with it, the color itself is basically a custom field value.
