Certification disappeared

Hi - I earned the ACP-120 Jira Cloud Admin certification in Jan 2022.  I've earned additional certifications and taken suggested courses for maintaining the certification - the last being in Jan 2024.  But I am now not able to find my ACP-120 certification and the verification code seems to have disappeared from Alpine.  

How do I find my Credential Verification for this exam?

Here's what I get from Alpinetesting.com (what you get when you try certmetrics.com).

If you are a candidate experiencing a technical concern with your user account, please contact the program you are certifying with. Due to privacy regulations, Alpine Testing Solutions is not able to provide direct support to candidates. Please initiate your support request with the program sponsoring your exam or certification.

When I try to go to Help in my Atlassian University account I am redirected to Intellum.com which then redirects me to a Salesforce site where they have no history of my account at all.  How do you get ahold of Atlassian now?  Do I open a ticket under my domain?

@Marc - Devoteam  - The ticket was resolved and my cert is back.  Apparently I missed a T&C change notification and had to click I agree and my cert was back.  I had to fix the URLs on my Linkedin page also.
