Cant get Bitbucket plugin to work

stefanmeisnerlarsen November 16, 2011

Hi,

I am trying out JIRA on demand, and want to setup the integration to Bitbucket. I have followed the description here:

https://studio.atlassian.com/wiki/display/BBC/Linking+your+JIRA+Project+to+a+Bitbucket+Repository. My project has the id CIRQAN and I have created to issues CIRQAN-1 and CIRQAN-2. I have then committed (and pushed) with CIRQAN-1 as part of my commit comment, but nothing seems to appear in JIRA. My JIRA url is https://stefan.atlassian.net.

Are there any log files that I can inspect in situations like this?

Best regards,

Stefan Meisner Larsen

Hi Stefan,

It looks like the problem may be that the URL of the repo is incorrect. You currently have the BBC repo configured with a URL like:

when it should be something like:

I'd suggest removing the repo and adding it again without the '.git' at the end and seeing how that goes.

Hi Michael,

Thanx a lot - it works now!

Stefan
