Cant Receive Email From Jira

Hi,

Almost 2 months, we havent receive any email notifications from jira

 

 

 

jira@kumtel.atlassian.net

 

I already check Junk mail or logs but couldnt see any error message.

Last received mail was 16th of May 2024.

Hi @Forklift Robotu and welcome to the community,

If no one receives any email from Jira then there is probably a generic email rule applied on your mail server which suppresses/deletes the emails.

Go have a talk with your mail administrator.

Hi Rudy, 

Thanks for your reply, it was mainly for DMARC policy that rejects Jira emails. We create a rule for that it solved it for certain domains but not all of them.

Hello, Good day. Please go to project settings >> Notifications >> Audit logs. Check if the user has been added to suppression and un-block the user.

Hi Mohanraj,

Thank you, as you said i already checked project settings > notitifcations > email > email audit. There were bounce for almost all users, and create a ticket for them. It solved it.

1. The problem is solved by first unblocking and unbouncesing email from project settings > notitifcations > email > email audit. 

2. Then we setup a new DMARC pplicy for Atlassian that accepts mail.
