Cannot upload attachments

We work with the data center version. Some files can upload but some others can not. And as you can see it is not because of the size of the file. Who can help me?

Thanks a lot in advance

HI @Ashkan Malekly  Looks like connection is getting timeout, check the connection timeout value in server.xml and increase the values to 60000 milliseconds.

Also, What web server is your Jira instance using, check the proxy timeout value there as well.

Hi @Sagar Mahajan

Thanks for your answer. As you told me, I changed the connection timeout and increased it to 60000 milliseconds. But again I have my problem. After I changed the connection timeout, I restarted the instance.

Hi @Ashkan Malekly  You can use trick to upload pdf file , like changing pdf file extension to .jpg then try to upload it should work.

May I know which jira version are you using ?

We had also received this error message. We contacted Atlassian Support team for the solution. I suggest you to raise an request  under Atlassian Support in order to fix issue ASAP.

Hi @Vikrant Yadav

Thanks for your answer Vikrant. But I did it before but again the problem is here. jira 8.13

@Ashkan Malekly  I suggest you to Contact Atlassian Support. If same issue in happening in other browers and every user getting this error.
