Cannot tag other users in issues Edited

Hi there,

I recently joined the current company and they use JIRA to manage all IT projects.

I found I could not tag anyone in any issue using @. but all other colleagues are able to do so.

I tried Chrome 60, Safari 10.1.1 and Firefox 56 but with no luck.

May I ask what kind of JIRA settings my manager or I should enable?

Dear Carter Zhou,

Could it be that you do not have the "Browse Users" permissions? You need this to be able to mention users. Check with your manager if this is the case.

You can find them here;

  • Choose > System
  • Select Global Permissions to open the Global Permissions page, which lists JIRA's global permissions.
