Hi I was trying to reset my password, a process that is mildly confusing btw. After I hit password reset I was logged out of the account and now I cannot login, it just says that it doesn't have any information on this email. I cannot go through the assistance of forgot password/username because JIRA cannot find my account.
On <your_instance>.atlassian.net/login/forgot, you must select "Password" and enter the same email address used by your account. You'll receive the link to change the password on your mailbox. If this feature is not working, you can contact an administrator of your instance. However if you don't know who's the administrator, you can create an issue on support.atlassian.com so Atlassian Support can assist you.
