Cannot expand/create task from the list

Hi,

I am setting up my project, I did the first demo and it was ok, I was able to expand/collapse the issues, and create with "+" button.

Then I created another project, to check the how to handle tasks in different projects but with the same board.

The problem is that in the new project I do not have the same view in the list, I cannot collapse/expand and "+" button

I see the parent in the "# Key " column that I did not see before.

I have no clue about what I did differently, any idea?

Hello, Good day. This is Kanban template or scrum board template. Also did you change the board JQL query or you are using the default filter query on the board ?. Thanks

So to understand, both project issues are shown on single board ?
