Cannot create new tickets? - Contract Expiry Notification: Contract Expiry Notification is required.

Hmmm, every time we try and create a new ticket we get the following error message "Contract Expiry Notification: Contract Expiry Notification is required." 

 

Anyone know what this is and how do we stop it?

Hi @chris.ives 

It seems Contract Expiry Notification is a custom field.

We usually get this error when the field is set as a required field in the field configuration used by the project, but not added to the 'Create Issue' screen.

You can check the field configuration from Project Settings > Fields page. Search for Contract Expiry Notification and make sure it's not marked as required.

Likely some plugin. If you can reproduce it in your staging instance, try disabling/enabling each plugin one at a time until you identify one in particular. Check the license for that one.
