Followed all instructions and cannot access account to establish payment method

Hi @Wendy Stanton ,

Is upmcsupplychain an instance that you manage or is this a company that you are a customer from?

If this is your own instance you don't seem to have access to and you'll have to ask an admin of that project/instance to add you (inside your company)

If this is a company you have a service with and you want to raise a ticket with them i suggest contacting them directly to have you add them with that account to the system.
